I received my Real Estate License in Maryland in 1985, and began my career working for the developer of a Residential Golf Course community in Northern Virginia. I spent many years working with new home builders, and received extensive training in the construction process, effective marketing and developed a strong foundation to properly evaluate market conditions to determine the correct course of action for buyers and sellers.

I moved to Southern California in the 1990s where I continued working in Real Estate with custom home builders. I moved to Sarasota in 2015 and continue to enjoy working in the exciting business of Real Estate.
